You will receive an order confirmation via email.

Once an order begins processing no changes can be made. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible and we will try to make a change for you. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. In case order was shipped already, we ask that you please wait until the order arrives and follow the normal return policy procedure. Clearance items may not be returned or exchanged.

Orders are usually shipped within the next working day. Orders arrive usually within 3-7 business days, except some territories, which shipping could take up to 10 working days.

Tracking information will be provided through email once the item is shipped.

Our shipment policy is Standard Shipping. Shipment cost will ship for free in orders above 299 NIS. Orders under 299 NIS will be charged 20 NIS for shipping.
